i have paid subscription fee on 10 april 09 but the problems is they dont upgrade my account yet until now. i already email them and using the help desk. but i dont receive any feedback from them. what should i do?

well this is the last week that i have to decide which course that i want to further before the expired date(in 5feb 09). i really confused and depressed. actually i already graduated in Dip in Computer Science. i don't really like the programmer stuff bcz i don't have any passion doing it. my real dream is i want to be a photographer. but my parent said its such a wasted time. they said that i should take a save path which is i must further in any course that have the most wanted job. and they always remind me that im a girl. theres less opportunity for a female photographer to be successful in malaysia. so im confused rig
